Closing Last Year’s Clearances
The new school year is starting and you don’t want students to accidentally register for the incorrect school year.
If the Status is set to “Active” that means it is live on AthleticClearance.com. If the status is “Closed”, admin will be able to view the information but it will not be available for registration on AthleticClearance.com
To “Close” last year’s clearances you will open up each sport folder.
[TIP: Easy way to do this is hold down Control/Command on your keyboard and click each folder, opening each page on a different browser tab]
Change the Status to “Closed”, and “Save”.
