Use the information Students/Parents/Guardians enter on AthleticClearance.com to populate your rosters for better reporting as well as FHSAA playoff requirements.
Assigning Student to Teams through Clearances
Clearances > View Sport > Assign to Team
The only students that will show on this page are the ones who have been cleared by admin.
Select the students you wish to Assign to Varsity
Choose Varsity from the drop down menu on the bottom of the page and Submit
Assigning Students to Teams through the Team Page
Teams > Team & Level
From the Team pages you can add student one by one from the Clearance database. This dropdown menu will only populate CLEARED students.
