ADs giving Coaches Access to Clearances
School Setup > Users
Select the User that you wish to edit OR Add New
Permissions:
- Only check off the sports that this coach is associated with
- User Type should be set to “School User”. If they are set to “School Admin” they will have the same permissions that you have and they will be able to clear and deny students clearance.
- Check off “Clearance Manager” under the Modules.
- Uncheck the "Roster Override" so it will not allow them to add students to Rosters except through the clearances.
We suggest logging into one of the coaches accounts after you create it so that you can see what the coaches "read-only" view looks like.
