View sport you would like to submit Playoff Entry for.
Once you choose a sport you will see all the games/scores that you have entered on Home Campus/CIF Home. You can choose the games to add to your Playoff Entry Form or "Skip" and enter the games by hand.
All information on this page is required with the exception of Assistant Coach information. At any time you can save the form and come back to it later. Once the form is complete, click "Submit".
