If you try to schedule a game during the Pre-Season Date Range or the Black Out Date Range, you will have to complete a Sanction Form (AT2).
You can also find the Sanction Form by hovering over the FHSAA Forms tab and clicking on Sanction Form.
You will not be able to edit the details to your event once you submit the AT2 form. Please make sure you double check the information before submitting! Once you have completed the form, you will be able to view the request(s) you have input on the Sanction Manager page.
#1. If your Sanctioned Event was a football game, you will also need to complete the FB3 Form before your Invoice will appear. Click on the folder icon and input your ticket sales data.
#2. You can view your invoice for the Sanctioned Event by clicking on the icon.
