As the Former School, you will review the information entered by the New School
The Former School will now enter information regarding your former student including general information, education history, varsity participation history, confirmation statements and signature.
This Transfer student's case will now go to the NJSIAA for a decision. You may check on the status of this Transfer at any time on your Transfer Form Manager.
